Little Minimalist is hiring a Logistics & Office Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations. As a Logistics & Office Coordinator, you will be exposed to all aspects of the business, with administrative and operational duties.
- Fulfillment of all orders
- Inventory management
- Manage the general inbox
- Process returns & exchanges
- Organize and schedule shop by appointment & order pick ups.
- General administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for prioritizing and multitasking, and time management
