Little Minimalist is hiring a Logistics & Office Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations. You will work in a fun, fast-paced work environment and be part of a growing energetic team. As a Logistics & Office Coordinator, you will be exposed to all aspects of the business, and support staff with administrative and operational duties.


  • Fulfillment of all orders (Little Minimalist & Chapters/Indigo)
  • Inventory management (Little Minimalist & Chapters/Indigo)
  • Manage the general inbox
  • Process returns & exchanges 
  • Organize and schedule shop by appointment & order pick ups.
  • General administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for prioritizing and multitasking, and time management
