Little Minimalist is hiring a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations. This position will be exposed to all aspects of the business, with administrative and operational duties.  

Responsibilities

  • Order fulfillment 
  • Back end website maintenance
  • Incoming Inventory management
  • Process returns & exchanges

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong prioritizing, multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience with Shopify is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Type: Hourly | Part Time (approx. 20h/week)

Job Level: Entry Level

Location: Montreal-West Office

Little Minimalist is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to help manage day-to-day operations. This position will be exposed to all aspects of the business, with administrative and operational duties.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Inbox
  • Create and manage product listings
  • Organize and schedule shop by appointment & order pick ups.
  • General administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong prioritizing, multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience with Shopify is an asset
  • Bilingual, written and spoken is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
