USA RETURN GUIDELINES

we do not cover the cost of return shipping

 

We encourage you to use a USPS International with a tracking number.

Clearly indicate on the Customs return form:

Description: RETURNED MERCHANDISE

If these guidelines are not followed, whatever Little Minimalist gets charged upon delivery will be deducted from your return.

All returns sent via UPS, DHL or FedEx will be refused.

Return Form - this must be completed for your return to be accepted

**Order placed using Sezzle are not eligible for a refund, store credit only**

Returns and Exchanges must be RECEIVED within 14 days of your delivery date and will be accepted for a refund or store credit on regular priced merchandise. Refunds will be for the original order amount of the product less the shipping cost.  Returns received after 14 days will be issued Store Credit.  

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Little Minimalist. We recommend that returns be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Merchandise received after 14 days will be issued Store Credit.
